HOW TO BREW 

Pour freshly boiled water over a teaspoon of leaves and infuse for up to three minutes – more if you like it stronger. 

Unlike mainstream Breakfast tea Hampstead Tea's is a larger leaf size and so infuses slowly. 

Use a dash of cream for a rich, gutsy tea that will set you up for the day ahead.
