Delivery

Here at Sunshine and Snow we know how important it is for you to receive your purchase quickly and hassle-free, therefore we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Most of our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, so please specify an address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Standard Delivery £4.00 3-4 Days*

*Deliveries are usually within 3-4 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.

Next Day Delivery £6.00 Next Day*

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. 

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. 

Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. 

 

*Please note: Next Day Delivery may be unavailable to the following locations. Furthermore, standard deliveries may take up to two working days longer: 

 

· The Scottish Highlands & Islands 

· The Isle of Wight 

· The Isle of Man 

· Northern Ireland

 

Deliveries Outside The UK

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Delivery of Larger Items

Please be sure to measure all access points when ordering larger items such as furniture to ensure that the item will fit through doors and any narrow areas as refused deliveries will incur a £60 charge.


Non Arrival

If goods are lost in transit please let us know promptly. We will either send out the order again or offer you a full refund including delivery charges.

 

Returns

Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. You are welcome to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.* Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, with the order confirmation included in the package as proof of purchase.

*Please note, items such as jewellery, underwear, skincare & edible items such as chocolate are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: we recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning the items, as it is your responsibility the items safely reach our returns depot.

 

Exchanges

If you would like an alternative colour or size of the item you have ordered, please send a request to info@sunshineandsnowshop.com, including your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will then respond and let you know if the item you would like to receive is available.
