Lamiri Harissa
Lamiri Harissa has its roots in Tunisian heritage. A family-run and produced product; the recipe for this jar has been passed down through generations of Lamari’s and imported directly from La Marsa. It uses baklouti chillies that have been dried in traditional log ovens to create a rich, smokey flavour. Extremely versatile; use it to marinate meat or vegetables.
No rose petals or xantham gum.
Top tips
Mix with olive oil and drizzle over everything.
Add to level up pasta sauce.
Combine with yoghurt to marinate.
