Rhubarb & Beetroot Ketchup 275g

A perfectly balanced, perfectly pink condiment.

The latest sauce in our family of products is this stonking ketchup. An exquisite accompaniment to all sorts of delights, from smoked fishcakes to smoky tofu, spicy sausages to mushroom burgers. We're excited about this one.

Goes deliciously with:

- Whole blocks of feta, wrapped in flaky filo before roasting or shallow-frying
- Tender roasted duck
- Smoked Haddock or mackerel fishcakes
- A spring tart, topped with caramelised leeks and herbs
- A goat's cheese toastie

Vegan.

Ingredients 

Rhubarb, onions, sugar, beetroot, white wine vinegar, water, ginger, garlic, oats, salt, coriander seeds, black pepper, sunflower oil, anise seeds, bay leaf, cloves, juniper berries.

After opening, keep in the fridge and use within one month.
