The Curator
The Curator choose to embrace the time-honoured tradition of wood roasting, using only wood from fallen trees in their local area of South Devon. Wood contains natural moisture, ranging from 12 to 15%, and helps to extend the initial drying phase of the roasting process. This allows them to preserve the beans’ natural oils and compounds, bringing out each coffee’s distinct flavour profiles. The result is a full-bodied, smooth coffee with reduced acidity making it versatile for both espresso and filter brews.
